Cases eligible for exchange or return

The product has been purchased but is not satisfactory

– Buyers may return an unsatisfactory product within 24 hours of receipt, and DAPro will exchange it. Products to be exchanged or returned must remain in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

The purchased product is defective or past its expiry date

– Please inspect the product before making payment. If the product is damaged in transit, please decline the delivery and return the product to us.

The product is unusable on delivery

– First, please take time to read the instruction label carefully and make sure the product suits your needs. Please contact us immediately for assistance with returning the goods.

The product delivered does not match the order

– Do you believe the product delivered does not match your order? Please contact us as soon as possible and our system will check whether the wrong item was sent. In that case, we will replace it with the correct item you requested (subject to availability).

Exchange and return conditions

Time condition for exchange or return: within 01 day of receiving the goods, and you must call us immediately at the phone number above to have the exchange or return confirmed.

Exchange and return requirements:

– The returned product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

– The warranty card (if any) and the company seal on the product must remain intact.

– The exchanged or returned product must include the complete box and instruction manual, and must be unused.

 

Exchange and return process

Step 1: Upon receiving the goods, please inspect them carefully before accepting delivery. If there is any issue, please contact the Customer Support Center while the delivery staff is still present.

– If the delivery staff has already left and you wish to exchange or return the goods, you may contact us to arrange processing and schedule the exchange or return.
Step 2: The Customer Support Center will notify you of the scheduled appointment to collect the returned goods.
