Introduction
A 3-layer co-extrusion PVC foam sheet is a type of PVC foam board that is produced using a co-extrusion process. Co-extrusion involves the simultaneous extrusion of multiple layers of material, in this case, three layers, to form a single sheet.
The 3-layer co-extrusion PVC foam sheet typically consists of a core layer of expanded PVC foam that is sandwiched between two solid PVC layers. The core layer provides the sheet with a lightweight and durable structure, while the solid PVC layers on the top and bottom provide additional strength and rigidity.
