DAPro Free Foam Board is a PVC foam panel line manufactured from virgin PVC resin combined with foaming agents and a heat stabilizer additive system. Do thin free foam boards warp?

However, in thin boards of 2 mm to 5 mm, the material has a natural flexibility, which is in fact an advantage for the advertising industry because it bends easily to follow the surface being covered and is easy to handle during installation. For applications requiring flat rigidity, choose a thickness of 7 mm or above.
